Anything you rent out on its own. A whole room or apartment counts as one unit. If you rent a room bed by bed, each bed counts as one unit and the room itself doesn't count again. Vacant and paused units still count, and a unit you rent both short- and long-term only counts once.
New accounts get 14 days of Growth, with up to 100 units and 5 team members. You don't need a card to start. When the trial ends you can still view and export everything; choose a plan to keep editing.
You pay monthly or yearly in US dollars through PayPal, and checkout shows the exact amount and first billing date before you approve. You can cancel renewal in Billing at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Plan changes start at your next billing cycle, as long as your usage fits the new plan.
No. Only the account owner and active staff count as team members. Tenants view invoices and sign leases through private links for free.
Yes. You can import rooms, tenants and other records from Excel. If you're moving a larger portfolio, talk to us and we'll help you plan it.
