Tenants
Creating a tenant, the required and length-limited fields, occupants, and what tenants see in the app.
1. Create a tenant

Go to Leasing → Tenants and press (+).

The tenant can now be added to a lease.
2. Occupants versus signatories
Record everyone living in the room on the lease, not only the person who signed. Per-person services, occupancy limits and safety notices all depend on the real count.
Exactly one tenant on a lease is the representative. That is the name printed on invoices and the person notifications are addressed to.
3. What the tenant can see
Tenants with the mobile app see their own invoices, payment history and notices, and can report incidents that arrive as tasks.
Tenants never see other tenants, other rooms or any report. Giving app access is not a way to share building information with them.
