Plans and billing
Your subscription, what the limits count, and how payment works.
1. Plans
Go to Settings → Plans & billing. Starter, Growth and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in USD. Current prices, rentable unit and team limits, and trial terms are published on the pricing page. Larger portfolios can request a Custom plan.

Check the unit count before adding a building at the end of a billing period, so an upgrade is a decision rather than a surprise.
3. Payment
Subscriptions are paid through PayPal. Only the account owner can change the plan or the payment method — see Account and sign-in.
