The visual map of a building: reading the statuses and working directly from it.

Reading the map
Go to Property layout. Every floor and room in the building is drawn and coloured by status. It is the fastest way to answer "what is free right now" without opening a report.
| Status | Meaning | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Occupied | An active lease or a guest in residence | A lease or booking |
| Vacant | Available to rent today | Nothing — the absence of the others |
| Reserved | Held, not yet moved in | A reservation |
| Blocked | Unavailable and not for sale | An availability block |
Working from it
Open a room from the map to reach its lease, tenant, invoices and assets without going through the list screens.
The order of floors and rooms follows Floors and the room name. If the map reads oddly, the ordering is usually what needs fixing, not the data.
