Areas

1. Create an area#

1. Open the form

   Go to Settings → Operations setup → Areas and press (+).

2. Fill in the fields

   Campo	Obligatorio	Descripción
   Name	Sí	Maximum 255 characters — a city, district or campus.

3. Assign buildings

   Set the area on each building.

2. Choosing the granularity#

Use the level you would genuinely compare. If you would never ask how one district performed against another, one area is enough.

Moving a building between areas changes how past periods group in reports. Settle the structure before it becomes the basis of a management report.
