Deposits report
Deposits held across the portfolio, by building and by lease.

What it shows
Go to Reports → Financial reports → Deposits. Every deposit currently held, which lease it belongs to, and what has already been deducted.
Deposits are a liability. This total is money that will have to leave again — it is not working capital.
Using it
Check it against the leases ending in the next period so refunds are planned rather than discovered. See Deposits for the move-out sequence.
A deposit still showing against a lease that ended months ago means the move-out was never completed in the system. It is also the kind of balance a tenant eventually comes back for.
