Where assets live when they are not in a room, and how to keep stock honest.

1. Create a warehouse
Open the form
Go to Settings → Operations setup → Assets → Warehouses and press (+).
Fill in the fields
Champ Obligatoire Description Name Oui Maximum 255 characters. Address Non City Non Maximum 120 characters. State or region Non Maximum 120 characters. Postal code Non Maximum 32 characters. Note Non Access instructions, who holds the key.
2. Keeping stock honest
Record the movement when something is taken out or put back — see Asset movements.
A warehouse whose contents are only in somebody's head is not stock control, it is a guess.
