Rate plans

1. Create a rate plan#

1. Open the form

   Go to Bookings → Rate plans and press (+).

2. Fill in the fields

   Champ	Obligatoire	Description
   Name	Oui	How you recognise the plan, e.g. "High season 2026".
   Building	Oui	Which building the plan applies to.
   Room	Non	Leave empty to apply to every room in the building.
   Nightly rate	Oui	Price per night. Zero or more.
   Weekend rate	Non	Overrides the nightly rate on weekend nights.
   Hourly rate	Non	Needed only if you sell hourly. Zero or more.
   Hourly weekend rate	Non	Weekend override for hourly sales.
   Hourly block length	Non	Minutes per billed block, 15–1440.
   Minimum hourly duration	Non	Shortest bookable stay in minutes.

3. Save and verify on the calendar

   Open the calendar and confirm the dates now show the price you intended.

2. Build a set that leaves no gaps#

1. One base plan covering the whole year, so no date is ever unpriced.
2. Season plans layered on top for high and low periods.
3. Weekend or holiday rates for days that price differently.

A booking is priced night by night, so a stay crossing a season boundary is calculated correctly without splitting it by hand.

3. Changing a plan#

Changing a plan affects future bookings only. Bookings already taken keep the price they were sold at — which is what the guest agreed to and what your revenue report needs.
