Users

Inviting staff, assigning their buildings and role, task routing, and removing access.

1. Invite someone

  1. Open the form

    Go to Settings → Team & access → Users and press (+).

  2. Fill in the identity

  3. Set the scope

  4. Set task routing

  5. Confirm what they can see

    Ask them, rather than assuming. Scope mistakes are invisible from the admin side.

2. When someone leaves

  1. Deactivate the user

    Turn Active off on their last working day.

  2. Reassign their open work

    Forward their tasks so nothing goes quiet. See Tasks.

  3. Remove their signature block

    If they had one. See Signatures.

  4. Revoke their API keys

    Any key they created carries their permissions. See API keys.

Deactivate rather than delete. Their name stays on the invoices they issued and the receipts they recorded, which is what keeps the history readable.
