Champ Obligatoire Description Name Oui Maximum 255 characters. Type Oui Required for invoice and handover templates — which variant this is. File Oui The document itself, containing the placeholders. Default Non Use this template unless a building or room overrides it. Description Non What this variant is for. Generate one real document
Always test against a real record after any change.
3. Placeholders
Templates use placeholders that fill from the record — tenant name, room, period, amounts — so nobody retypes figures that already exist.
A placeholder typed incorrectly does not raise an error: it silently prints as literal text on the next fifty leases. Generate one document from a real record after every edit.
Keep legal wording and layout in separate edits. Mixing a clause change with a formatting change makes it impossible to tell later which one a lawyer approved.
