Run the report
Open it
Go to Reports → Property reports → Vacancies.
Filter
By area, building, floor or room type, depending on how you plan to act on it.
Sort by days vacant
Work the list from the longest-vacant down.
What it counts
Every active, rentable room with no active lease and no booking today, with the date it became empty and the days since.
- Rooms under an availability block appear as unavailable, not vacant.
- Inactive rooms are excluded entirely.
- Where you rent by the bed, vacancy is counted per bed.
Acting on it
A room empty for ninety days is priced wrong, presented badly, or genuinely unlettable — and each has a different fix.
If the list looks suspiciously short, check for blocks before concluding the building is full.
