Asset movements
The record of every asset that changed room, went to a warehouse or left the portfolio.

What is recorded
Go to Settings → Operations setup → Assets → Asset movements. Each movement records the asset, where it came from, where it went, when, and who moved it.
This log is what reconciles a handover list against what is really in the room.
Disposal
When an asset is scrapped or sold, record a movement out rather than deleting the asset. Deleting removes its repair history — the evidence that justified replacing it.
Record it the same day
A handover dispute is usually settled by this log. If moves are recorded a week late, it settles nothing.
