The availability grid: reading it, spotting an unpriced date, and acting directly from it.

Reading the grid
Go to Bookings → Room calendar. Rooms run down the side, dates across the top. Each cell shows availability and the price for that night.
| Cell state | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Free with a price | Sellable at that rate |
| Free with no price | No rate plan covers this date — not sellable until one does |
| Sold | A booking exists; open it to reach the guest and charges |
| Blocked | Unavailable and not for sale. See Availability blocks |
| Leased | A long-term lease covers this room |
A blank or zero price almost always means no rate plan covers that date, not that the room is free of charge. Fix the plan rather than taking a booking at an improvised price.
Acting from the calendar
- Drag across free dates to start a booking.
- Open a sold cell to reach the booking, the guest and the charges.
- Block a range directly when a room goes out of service.
